CRYSTAL C. SPENCER, Esquire
With more than 25 years of courtroom experience, Crystal has earned the reputation as a dedicated and respected litigator and an aggressive advocate for her clients. She has successfully argued in the appellate courts, including the Florida Supreme Court, and has appeared before the highest court in New York State. Crystal earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and holds qualifications as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. She is a member of the Florida Hospital Association/Florida Academy of Health Care Attorneys, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute. Among other distinctions, Crystal received the 2011 Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association Community Service Award and was named “Outstanding Woman in Business” by the Pensacola Business Journal and “Florida Super Lawyer.” As passionate about volunteering as she is about law, Crystal devotes tireless hours and focused leadership to the causes she champions.  She currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Greater Southeast Affiliate for the American Heart Association.  Recently, Crystal served as Chair of the City of Pensacola Charter Review Commission and led the campaign for the adoption of Pensacola’s new form of government.

BARBARA (BOBBIE) ELLIS-WIGGINS, Esquire
A diversified background in the legal, business, and health care arenas establishes Bobbie as a strong advocate with well refined transactional, research, and analytical skills. Bobbie earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, where she taught legal research and writing, graduated with high honors, and achieved membership in the Order of the Coif. She has comprehensive legal experience in a wide array of health care issues, having represented a health care organization while in private practice and also having served as an attorney for that same health care organization in an employment capacity.

Exceptional academic achievements and broad-based professional experience have placed Ame in a unique position to support and advance the firm’s health care-based advocacy goals. Ame earned her B.S. degree in legal studies from the University of West Florida in 2009, graduating magna cum laude and receiving the “Outstanding Pre-Law Student” award. As a certified pharmacy technician and accredited medical records technician, Ame has served as a pharmacy technician, a veterinary clinic assistant, an assistant director of health information management, and a quality assurance director.

STEVE AUSBORN, Business Manager
With first-rate accounting, business, and management education, skills, and experience, Steve serves as the firm’s business manager. Steve earned his degree from Pensacola State College and has extensive experience in accounting and management, including hospitality, office, and property management. An active community volunteer, Steve supports a number of nonprofit organizations in the northwest Florida area.
